The Butter Lion

Following a recipe from grandma, Baby Crumpet makes a Lion from Butter.

While the kids hunted easter eggs, the grown-ups ate.
The menu:
- Grilled leg of lamb (with sage & rosemary)
- Tuscan white bean soup with kale
- Mashed Desiree potatoes
- Red lettuce salad with chesnut & shallots-viniagrette
- Sauteed Jerusalem artichokes, leeks & asparagus
