Mardi Gras 2009

Mardi Gras 2009 was a resounding success.

We made:
- Gumbo with chicken & bacon
- Jambalaya with andouille & smoked ham
- Crab & shrimp bisque
- Roasted garlic dip

Aaron Neville, Louis Armstrong, Nina Simone & Armand were among the soundtracks

Gracie & I proudly wore out Tabasco shirts
